At RadioMasters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Returns
You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be:
- Brand new and unopened
- In original packaging
- With all original tags and labels attached
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item safely and securely.
- Pack your item securely: Place the item in its original packaging, along with any proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Ship your return: Ship your package to the following address:

Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that are not in original packaging or have missing tags or labels
- Items that are used or damaged
- Items purchased on sale
